On September 8, 2025, the executives from the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Dentistry, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), visited the College of Medicine, Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan.
The visit included the signing of a Student Exchange Agreement (SEA) in accordance with the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between MEDPSU and KMUCOM. The additional collaborative agreement mainly focuses student exchange project.
Later, the delegates visited Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital (KMUH) to gain deeper insights into its medical facilities, research initiatives, and patient care services.
The executives from the two institutes also discussed about the potential collaboration especially, on the joint research and academic training for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Beside the facility visit, the team presented on the research flagship at the Joint Symposium on
- ‘Intradermal Vaccination and Its Application’ – Assoc. Prof. Nawamin Pinpathomrat, M.D., D.Phil.
- ‘Med-PSU Experience: Translational Cancer Precision Medicine’ – Asst. Prof. Pasarat Khongkow, Ph.D.
with Assoc. Prof. Sumitra Prathep, M.D., Vice Dean for Global Affairs and Corporate Communications, MEDPSU, as a moderator
